We remind you that smoking is prohibited inside the home. You may smoke only in the outdoor areas designated for this purpose.

We inform you that the entry time to the house will be from 5:00 p.m. The keys will be kept in a padlock on the door of the house. We will send you detailed instructions on how to access them before your arrival. < br> The departure time is set at 11:00 am. If you wish to leave later or enter earlier, please contact the contact person of our company directly to check availability and conditions.
Finally, we remind you that, following our security protocol, there will be no physical contact with you at any time, unless you expressly request it.

Payments
The amount of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and the remainder on the day of arrival. Deposit
200 eur. This will be charged on the day of arrival to the credit card provided. The deposit will be returned between 1-7 days after the client's departure. Cancellation policies
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to two weeks before your arrival date. If you cancel less than two weeks before your arrival date, you will be charged for the first night. In case of no-show, you will be charged for the full amount of the reservation.
